A Big Thank You

I have to say a big thank you to everyone that watched our show on Create & Craft this weekend but especially to our Design Team as they created so much wonderful artwork for us.

I will be sharing more with you over the rest of the week, I just need to find the time to download if from my camera and upload it to my computer.

We have our project club in store this Wednesday plus late night shopping and then this weekend we have a Cardmaking Weekend plus we have been working on some new stamp designs.

I'm not entirely sure where I find the time to sleep but with so much going on my brain doesn't really want to sleep - hence the blogging at 6am.

Small Thoughtful Fairy

Our Fairy TV show is being repeated tonight at 7pm. Esther made this card using elements from the Three Fairies unmounted rubber stamp sheet plus the border from the Tiara Fairy unmounted rubber stamp sheet.

Live on TV today at 12 noon

You can see us on Create & Craft live at 12 noon, or according to their website, there will be repeats at midnight tonight and then 7pm tomorrow.

Purple Stars

Another one of Janey's creations - this time the Star and the flower from the Thoughtful Fairy unmounted rubber stamp sheet and in my favourite colour - couldn't be better.

Tomorrow is going to be a very busy day for us - we have to be at the TV studios at 10am to be live on air at 12, so we should be back in the shop about 2pm where we have the Table Top Sale going on.

3 Little Fairies

Design team member Esther has been busy beavering away for our TV show next Saturday. For this one she has used the small fairies from the 3 fairies unmounted rubber stamp sheet.

Working hard

Apologies for the lack of artwork over the last few days. We are preparing for so many different things right now that I don't think we have anything we can share with you.

Our Cardmaking Weekend is on 5/6th March and Vicky and Lesley have been beavering away working on the cards for that while I am in the warehouse making the Fairy stamps for our live TV show next week. And I can't share any of the Cardmaking Weekend cards with you until after 6th March.

Making stamps is hard work, especially on my back, so if anyone can recommend a good sports massage therapist near us please let me know.

Maybe I'll have a look and see if I can find some Blog Candy for later.

This is the small Tiara Fairy from the 3 Fairies Unmounted stamp sheet. The flowers at the bottom are from the Tiara Fairy Unmounted stamp sheet.

Trees & Hills

Lesley created this card using a stamp from our Scenic Unmounted Rubber Stamp Sheet. The effect is created by stmping with dye based inkpads or Distress inkpads and then pulling colour from the image or taking colour from the inkpad using a watercolour brush.

Flower Fairy

This is the Tiara Fairy without her Tiara. Instead of her Tiara Lesley placed the flowers on her head which are also on the same sheet.

Far Far Away

These images are from Scenic Unmounted Rubber Stamp Sheet, it is an A5 sheet for only £12.99.
If you don't want to mount your unmounted rubber onto Static Cling/EZ Mount/U mount or Kling-on you can adhere it straight to the acrylic block using a glue stick or repositionable glue and then remove afterwards - I would recommend that if you work in this way you have a sheet of funky foam underneath the card you are stamping onto. This then gives you the cushion albeit in a different place.

Tiara Fairy

This is our Tiara Fairy on one of our new unmounted rubber stamp sheets.

Lesley made this card using several of the elements on the sheet and joined the corners together by drawing wiggly lines with a Millenium pen.

Project Club

Due to the polularity of our monthly Project Club we are holding it twice this month - for the second time this Wednesday 7pm-9pm and we have a few spaces available. If you would like to join us for the evening to make a card then please call us to book on 01234 855833.

I haven't yet managed to photograph the card we made last week but have photographed some others which I will start posting up later today.

Stamperama

The van is all loaded ready for Sunday's show. We've got some new unmounted stamp sheets that we've been busy making all week.

Vicky and Lesley will be demonstrating on Sunday and Lesley will also be swapping ATC's made using the Masterboard technique.

If you are planning to visit the show you can find the venue by following the signs for the train station and Police station. Parking is available in the multi-storey car park beside Tesco or surrounding the Arts & Leisure Centre. Please be careful not to park in the Leisure Park as clampers are in operation.
