Metallic Leaves

Brenda made this card using our Leaves Unmounted stamp set,
stamped onto black glossy card using metallic inks.

Purple Blossom

Lesley is fully aware of my love of purple.
In this card she has used her Grunge Background, Spring Branch and blossom from Lesley's Happy Flowers.
As well as the Banner and Greetings.
Can you see the gold grunge in the background?

Lesley has been working very hard on cards for our cardmaking weekend,
we do have some spaces on our April weekend if you would like to join us.

Floral Panels

Some more Floral Panels by Brenda.
I love the way she takes the butterfly from within the image and adds it again somewhere else.

Bird Watching Over

In this card Lesley has used stamps from her new sets Feathered Nest, Spring Branch and Grunge Background.
During my recent trip to Switzerland where I was demonstrating at a show I took some of Lesley's new grunge stamps with me to use and I have to say I think I used them in most of my demos and samples because they are soooo useful.

Bird on a Wire

Some more of Lesley's Twiddly Bits along with a bird from the Feathered Nest set.
The grunge in the background is from the Grunge No.2 stamp set.
All stamps designed by Lesley Crawford.

Lesley's Twiddly Bits

Lesley named this set Twiddly Bits as she designed and drew all the elements.
The border, the hearts and the stems all came from this set.
The sentiment is a DeNami stamp and the banner is from our Banners stamp set.
Perfect for so many occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, weddings or just a little thinking of you card.

Autumn, Spring or Summer?

Our stamps are all about mix and match!

Dreaming in the moonlight

Esther created this card using our Love cats and the brick wall from our Graffitti stamp set.
Are they relaxing in the moonlight or reminiscing about their adventures.

Alternative Valentine

Vicky created this card as an alternative valentine/love card .
Using the same technique as yesterdays card but this time in purple and with our Love Cats.

Friday 14 February 2014

Happy Valentines Day

Although this doesn't need to be for Valentines Day, you can see we used this as a Congratulations card which could be for a wedding day, engagement or anniversary.
The background is made with the same Etched Heart stamp that is behind the couple.
It is embossed in clear and then inked over in a co-ordinating ink.
The couple are embossed over the top.

Brenda's Garden

Brenda has made this card using the border from our Leaves unmounted rubber stamp set as well as the butterfly from our Floral Panel.
I'm guessing the garden gate and fence is a die cut but they just finish it off.

Brenda's Floral Panel

Monochrome with a hit of pink sparkle makes this one stand out from the crowd.
If you don't like pink (and why wouldn't you!) you could do this with a different colour.
Card by Brenda.

These are just some of the people you missed at Stamperama last Sunday.
The next Stamperama at The Stevenage Arts & Leisure Centre is on Sunday 3rd August.

Lisa's Floral Panels

DT Member Lisa has been playing with our new Floral Panel and here you can see what she has created.
I think she has used some kind of iridescent or mica paints on the top one and obviously shrink plastic on the bottom one, with one of our Floral Fancy stamps in the background.

Where did it go?

Time . . . I thought I had enough but I was so wrong.  I've got so many fabulous samples from our Design Team to show you, using some of our new stamps, but just not enough time to put them online because of the mad rush to get ready for Stamperama.

I will do my best to put lots up here next week before I dash off to Switzerland on Thursday for a 4 day show.

If you are able to come to Stamperama on Sunday at Stevenage Arts & Leisure Centre, we will have some of the new samples up on boards plus Lesley will be demonstrating with her new stamps and has lots of lovely artwork (I got a peak at it today).

Now I'm off for a large (exceedingly!) glass of wine and to put my feet up for a couple of hours.

Toodle pip!

Friendly Cat

This is our Friendly Cat.
On this card Esther has stamped him in a multi-coloured inkpad.
For some images simple is best.

Tuesday 4 February 2014

Etched Star

What Esther has done with my Etched Star looks absolutely fabulous.
She has stamped and embossed the star five times in five different metallic embossing powders and then cut up the stars and put them back together with a point of each colour,
so obviously you could make five cards that look like this.

Sunday 2 February 2014

This is the same card as yesterday but this time with our solo Bride on the front.

Saturday 1 February 2014

Bride & Groom

This is our new Bride & Groom Stamp.
Vicky created this card by embossing the Bride & Groom in gold onto white card, adding a touch of colour and cutting out.
The panel in the background is from the Lady Crawford set and is also embossed in gold but onto vellum.
The Etched Flourish is stamped behind this in Gold Encore ink.
