Good morning Stampers

We have decided to lower our FREE postage threshold from £50 to only £30 on all UK orders.  So now you only have to spend just over £30 to receive your order postage free.

If you are not too far from Kempston or are passing through on Sunday our store will be open 12-5pm, this is our last Sunday until October so why not take advantage and drop in to see what is new.

In case you hadn't guessed it!!!  We are on Create & Craft on Monday at 2pm and 7pm launching some new Christmas stamps.  I will try and get these on the website over the weekend.  We've got some lovely new cute designs as well as some traditional style ones in our biggest set yet!   Remember if you watch on Freeview you can see the later show online - we hope you can tune in.

Parasol

This is our new cling mounted Parasol stamp.  The top card is an 8 x 8" card so that gives you some idea of the size of the Parasol.

Lady Crawford

Meet Lady Crawford (named after our Lesley Crawford).  The set also includes the tall arch panel.  The pink stamps in the background are from our Solid Motifs set.

This handbag is also included in the Lady Crawford set.  The images were masked to create this effect.

20% off Christmas Stamps

I am lucky enough not to have any football in my house but I know that lots of you are currently football widows so we are offering you 20% off all Christmas stamps so you can get a head start on your Christmas cards - and hopefully this will help get you through these next few weeks of football madness.

Enter 'XMAS' in the notes/comments box and we will manually deduct the discount before we despatch your order.  This will not show on screen as it does have to be done manually, but it will show on your delivery note.

If you want to avoid the football final completely you could join us for our Summer Cardmaking Weekend  30th June - 1st July.  We have a handful of spaces available for only £99 each, which includes stamping 10am-5pm with pizza for lunch and lots of refreshments.  We work in small groups of maximum 6 people and achieve 15-18 cards over the weekend.  If you would like to join us you can book online or call us on 01234 855833.

As we are hosting one of our Summer Cardmaking weekends on 16th & 17th June the shop will also be open 17th June (this Sunday) 12-5pm.

Dreamhouse - As seen on TV

This is the Dreamhouse card that Vicky created in the show,

using the other elements from the Dreamhouse set in the background. 

The creased card is coloured with PanPastels. 

The house has been overstamped with Porcelain from the PotPourri set.

Chandelier - As seen on TV

I made this card on Create & Craft with our Solid Chandelier.  I embossed it in black and then added a few gems.

I created the background by repeat stamping one of the solid motifs over a sheet of card in alternative directions, and then cut into strips.

Emma - As seen on TV

Vicky created this card on the show using Emma, Solid Motifs for the top half of the background

and French script from PotPourri for the bottom half of the background.

The butterfly is from the PotPourri set.

Townhouses - As seen on TV

This is the card I made on Create & Craft using our Townhouses cling mounted stamp.

Stamped in Memento I coloured the image using Flexmarkers.  The raised area is the stamp image stamped onto EcoArtBoard.

I stamped around the Townhouses using Porcelain from PotPourri set.

To create the background I used an image from our Solid Motifs set and then overstamped with Porcelain. 

June Project Club & Workshops

If you would like to make this card you could join us at our June Project Club in store on Tuesday 12th June at 1pm (please call to book) or at any of the Artstamps Exhibitions where Vicky will be teaching this card in workshops, including Bodmin this Saturday.

The card is made using our new Sarah's 3D Flowers stamp set and the flourish is from the new Emma set.

Brenda created these cards using stamps from our Solid Motifs unmounted stamp set.

Dreamhouse by Linda

Linda has been playing with the shrink plastic again and you can see the Dreamhouse shrinks down amazingly well, I was concerned it would lose a lot of detail but I am happy to say I was wrong.

Townhouses

This is our new Townhouses rubber stamp.  The key and escutcheon and sentiments are from the Dreamhouse stamp set.
