Studio decorations

Did you see the all the effort the Hochanda team went to in decorating the set for our 26th birthday?

Lots of bunting and presents, it looked great.

The floor manager told me they were going for an 80s themed street party!

But the counters did have to be lowered several inches because when I arrived they were way too high, kind of at my elbow height - not great for stamping.

Sunset at Sea - Oxide style

If you saw me on Hochanda TV earlier this week you will know this is Sunset at Sea

designed by Teri Sherman.

Vicky stamped the image with Distress Oxides, I know the main colour is Seedless Preserves.

After stamping Vicky used a waterbrush to move a little of the colour around

but the Oxide colour is intense so you need to wipe the excess ink of your brush frequently.

and JudiKins Vintage No.1 set to decorate the background.

As we didn't have time to send out to Design Team for this show you will see quite a few samples featuring some purple (obviously!)

We've just completed our Christmas Cardmaking Weekend and I thought I'd share

These are our new Nordic Gnomes, with our Splatter and Snowflake backgrounds.

Promo Video - HOCHANDA TV

A little while ago HOCHANDA sent their roving cameraman Rich to visit us in our natural habitat,

with the purpose of filming a promo video of us to promote Stamp Addicts on HOCHANDA TV.

We haven't yet seen the final result and I'm dreading it.  I hate watching myself on TV, I hate photos of myself, unless taken on Snapchat - before Snapchat there were very few photos of me.

So this promo video will probably start appearing on HOCHANDA soon.

We laughed a lot, there were several bloopers but hopefully Rich got enough footage to make the video.  

I just wanted to pre-warn you before we suddenly start appearing on your TV screen.
