Channel Hopping

There has been a lot of talk recently about the shopping channels including a lot of fake news.
We have extensive experience of both channels - we worked with Create & Craft from the beginning until 2013, we have worked with HOCHANDA since their first month on air.

Between us Vicky and I have over 50 years in the craft industry  (OMG now I feel old!)
We are staying at HOCHANDA, we love working with them and their whole team.
We like the fact they are a company that is small enough that we can walk around the building and easily talk to any member of the team, everyone is accessible.
We can offer up suggestions that will be listened to and some of these have been implemented.
We are finding the whole HOCHANDA experience fun, if it stops being fun then we will stop doing it.

Companies will move change channels for many different reasons and this will never change and should never be held against them.
And viewers will channel hop to see which programme they want to watch and buy from, unaffected by the politics behind the scenes and this is the way it should remain.
Customers that visit our store also shop in other craft stores, as is every customers right and we would never try to dissuade them.  The best we can hope for is that they keep coming back.

Our Mother always said 'if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything'
And these are words I have always tried to live by.

I see no reason why we can't all rub along nicely together - but I am ever the optimist!

Wouldn't the world be boring if we all liked the same things.

Well said xx I'm a channel hopper depending on what is being demoed, I love having a choice. As a customer I don't want to worry about the politics and yes if you don't have anything nice to say......

Well said, I have really enjoyed the shows you, your sister and mum have done over the years. I have really fond memories of you mum many years ago teaching my daughter how to use shrink plastic, and I still have recorded the show on create and craft that I made some cards for you to show

Words from your hearts Ladies..and genuine to the end.
It’s a pleasure working with you both on your DT, using your amazing products and producing samples to give others inspiration to follow Stamp Addicts.
It’s always service with a smile from you both, “happy go lucky” is your middle name.
Be strong, be successful but most important, be you. Believe in yourselves and your principles.
Good luck always
