Good morning,
I am writing this at 4 o'clock in the morning as I am up and getting ready for the day.
We have to be at the TV studios by 6.30am to get ready for our 8am show,
luckily I am a morning person, but I may be asleep by 8pm tonight!
So you can see us live on air at today at 8am and 2pm.
