This is Architectural Studies by Judikins. It has been stamped onto clear shrink plastic, shrunk and then placed inside the Postage Frame.
The cat is called Cat Walk by Judikins. She has been stamped in pink and then the small flower has been stamped and embossed in white over the top.Artwork by Gill Fitzmaurice.
