I stamped both sizes of Steampunk Heart onto card that I had coloured with Oxide ink first (possibly Tattered Rose).
I embossed them in black and then coloured the rings with white pen.
For the background I coloured the card with Scattered straw and then stamped the Scratch Lines background in the same colour that I coloured the hearts with.
I used a distresser on the edge of the card before adding the ribbon and layering up.
